Conomo Point

While house hunting, our Clients were charmed by Essex’s historic housing stock. When they found a secluded lot overlooking the marsh, they engaged Red Barn to design a new home with modern comforts within the shell of a Victorian-style farmhouse. 

The plan features an open first-floor plan, attached garage and lower level primary suite. An additional bedroom and bathroom, as well as flex spaces are located on the second level. Throughout design and special considerations were given as to how the house would function when adult children, partners and future grandchildren would visit.
