First Floor Rehab

Small Addition, Big Impact

First Floor Rehab

This project involved a modest 250SF addition to the rear of the house allowing for an expanded kitchen and dining area for a young family of four.

The showstopper in the kitchen is a white piracetam granite waterfall edge island. Quartz countertops were used on the perimeter of the kitchen. The subway tile backsplash is applied in a herringbone pattern.

In addition to the eat-in kitchen, the addition created space for a pantry and a new access point to the backyard, via French Doors. New windows bring in lots of natural light and allow parents to monitor children playing in the fenced-in yard.
