Contemporary Green Build

In collaboration with Brown Dog Properties, we designed this custom all-electric home to Passive Home standards.

This modern interpretation of a farmhouse features advanced building and industry leading energy efficiency techniques. There will be four bedrooms and three and a half baths, a three-car garage with electric car charging ports and finished flex space above, as well as bonus space in the basement.

The design utilizes advanced building concepts to minimize thermal transfer and heat loss and to preserve internal heating and cooling energy. German Schüco triple-pane windows and doors provide tilt and turn function, and uber efficiency. The home also features a Zehnder whole home air vent and heat pump heat and air conditioning.
