A Colorful Renovation

Our clients came to us with a goal to personalize and enhance their antique home with a thoughtfully designed expansion. Our team conceived a modest 625 square-foot addition at the rear of the home along with 800 square feet of renovated space to make way for a remote office, a new mudroom, an expanded kitchen, and a primary suite. The result is a colorful and quirky space that truly reflects the homeowners’ personalities and interests.

Central to the renovated space is the kitchen, masterfully designed in collaboration with Jewett Farms. The color palette takes inspiration from a striking stained-glass window original to the home. A spiral staircase not only uses space efficiently but also separates the kitchen from the living room and the adjacent deck, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
