We reimagined the first floor, transforming it into a spacious, open layout that offers ample views and a variety of seating options. The resulting space includes dedicated areas for board games, cozy reading and movie nights, meal preparation, and dining.These areas are seamlessly connected to a generous rear deck, allowing guests to soak in the salt air and sunset.

Our renovation extended throughout the entire home, which features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our clients also incorporated solar panels, taking advantage of their favorable orientation. The comprehensive updates ensure that the Cape House remains a beloved and functional getaway for years to come.
