TAPROOM + BREWERY

In partnership with MRG Construction Management, Red Barn designed an expansive, 15,000 square foot facility for True North Ales. With cutting-edge brewing equipment, an inviting on-site taproom with views into the brewhouse, a patio, and a versatile events space, it serves as a destination that caters to diverse needs.

The heart of the establishment is the Taproom, anchored by a 32-foot long custom wood bar. Designed with communal seating, the Taproom offers a welcoming ambiance, complemented by soaring ceilings that reach an impressive height of 45 feet. The patio area provides an outdoor retreat during the warmer months. Rather than investing in an in-house commercial kitchen or restaurant, the brewery collaborates with food trucks. This element of True North’s business plan was considered as part of site planning.
